Information Publication
The information of the applying company will be published in the screening / selection collection / online exhibition. Therefore, all information (entry name, description, applicant company, contact information, address, etc.) must be accurate.
※ Change of information (change of personal information due to address transfer, etc.) is not possible after the application deadline, so please take this into consideration.
Image size and Dimensions
- Fixed 1,000 Pixels in the longest part of the width and height(If the subject of the screening is a video, submit the video)
- Each file up to 3MB, JPG, RGB
※ Video: Up to 50MB, mp4, within 5 minutes. You can also enter a link to view the video in the URL field.
Product Description
Main features can be written in Korean/English. (Character limit: up to 700 characters)
- In the case of products that reflect universal design, design for single-person households, and ergonomic design when applying online, please provide specific considerations in the relevant items.
Second in-kind submission
As a step for selection and screening of award candidates, products that pass the first round must be submitted in kind.
※ Designs such as buildings, spatial facilities, CI, BI, etc., must be submitted by inserting them into a panel (A1 size, max. 2 points) or realizable products (notebook, tablet, etc.).
However, additional submission is not required if the subject of screening is video, such as in the digital media/content design section (used as the first online video)
※ Both in-person and postal applications are possible. However, the submission deadline is based on the time of physical arrival of the work (Korean Standard Time).
※ In case of non-submission in kind, it will be regarded as a waiver of the screening and will be excluded from the screening.

※ All overseas countries, including China, must also submit to the Korean submission site.
Take-out in kind
Please make sure to take it out within the deadline, except for products that are nominated for the 3rd prize.
※ The organizer will not be held responsible for products not taken out within the deadline, and will be donated or completely discarded.
※ However, please note that 80 award-winning products to be exhibited at Design Korea 2023 will be taken out on the closing day of the exhibition [11.27 (Sun) 15:00 ~ 16:00].
※ For products that have passed the second stage, if they are selected as GD selection products later, it is mandatory to submit an image for the catalog (3000x4000mm or more, CMYK, 300dpi required) for catalog production.
Selected companies will be contacted at a later date to submit images for catalogues.
